Recently, Boston Wheelers Pete Flint competed in the annual RAF Coningsby "Boston Slog"
This consisted of a 14 mile bike ride from Coningsby to Boston and a 14 mile run back to Coningsby.
Pete had a good bike time, but, his run wasn't so good.
